Welcome to Term 4. The Centre is open for new enrolments on Monday 13th October, 10.30am - 1.30pm. Other enrolments taken during normal office hours Tuesday - Thursday, 10.30am - 1.30pm. We would like to remind our new members that the centre is not open during the school holidays. Postal enrolments are very welcome and we suggest no cash by post other than crossed cheques. Existing members will need to enrol formally in the office at your first lesson. For more details please see the latest newsletter below.

Feel free to print off the newsletter and either post the Enrolment Form with your cheque, or bring it into the Centre during opening hours. Enrolments may be taken by mail at any time. You are also able to email your enrolment, and online payment details, to Lindsay at the Centre on .

If you are not on our mailing list you may pick up a copy of the newsletter and course catalogue at the Inglewood Library on Beaufort Street, or at the Centre after the school holidays. Crèche is available Tuesday and Thursday mornings: confirm availability with the Centre.

Please note the following refund policy for courses:
* Course fees are paid when enrolling.
* Your place in a course is only confirmed by payment.
* If the course you have enrolled in is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified and a refund given.
* If you withdraw from a course before it commences, you will be given a credit which can be used in the following 12 months.
* If you withdraw after the class has started, it is not possible to issue credit or refund fees.

Since most of our instructors and facilitators are unpaid volunteers, some classes are only offered once or twice a year; others are a one off. There are a limited number of places in all courses. Popular courses fill up early, so enrol as soon as possible! Questions? Call the Centre on 9271 4461.

Cross-stitch, Embroidery, Beading or which ever stitch takes your fancy. Join this friendly group, learn something new or just take time out to complete your project. Crèche available.

Starts Wed 15th Oct, 12.45pm - 2.45pm10 Sessions, $80
Join the Wednesday afternoon Patchworkers to create something special for Christmas. A variety of projects to choose from, including apron, wall hanging, table runner etc. (Hand or machine sewn).

Starting Thu 16th Oct, 9.30am - 11.30am10 Sessions, $80
This self-help group meets every Thursday (no teacher) in an effort to complete a multitude of different mosaic projects.

Starting Wed 15th Oct, 12.45pm - 2.45pm10 Sessions, $80
Come along and join this friendly group and do some hand sewing for a few hours and admire your progress. Lots of ideas, advice, laughter and stitching in a relaxed setting.

Great family or teacher gift idea or just to personalise your Xmas tree. Materials supplied, but please bring along some photos (not taken too close up).

An enjoyable and stimulating play programme for children aged 3 and 4 (toilet trained please). It gives your child the opportunity to socialise and partake in a wide range of activities. Parents will be required to help for one session in each programme enrolled.
NB: Children can only be enrolled in one session per day.

Get your photos organised! Be introduced to the wonderful world of scrapbooking - where to start, how to organise and preserve your photos and how to journal your special memories in a way that will be treasured by generations to come. Some cropping tools and templates will be available. You just need a set of photos to get started.

Crisp up the big day with a choice of delicious salads to compliment traditional meats or seafood. A hands-on class to be held in Jenny’s kitchen. Linger on for a salad lunch.

A fun class that introduces the many techniques of watercolour painting. Emphasis will be on producing a finished painting from either photographs or still life. Beginners welcome.

Starting Tue 14th Oct, 10.00am - 11.30am9 Sessions, $72
Come and experience a holistic approach to yoga, whereby each class incorporates postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation, meditation, and sound by a qualified Satyananda accredited yoga teacher.

There is a one-time joining fee of $8 for each group, then a $2 contribution to the Centre each time you attend. Mail or deliver your joining fee to the Centre's office. Attendance contributions are collected at SIG meetings.
